• Payment to be done in the name of “ Pro Realty Consultants Pvt ltd” only

• Rs 5000/- has to be paid towards training, training for sales and software shall be provided over the phone and online.

• Rs 45,000/- has to be paid towards inquires of the projects which have to be sold
o These inquires will from fresh campaign via facebook and google or any other digital format.
o Total of 300 inquiry will be provided against Rs 45,000/- this can be within 1 month or 2 months, depending on the calling speed.

• A commission of Rs 40,000/- will be paid on every sale booked
o This commission will be paid once the customer has completed the registration process.
o The commission will be paid within 15 days of registration.
o There is no commission if the customer cancelled the booking.
o Govt taxes as applicable shall be deducted.

• On achieving every booking you shall also get fresh 200 inquiry from any digital campaign.
o You do not have to pay any amount for these inquiry.

• Rs 5000/- has to be paid towards the software every month
o Any delay in paying this will result in closer of the user id created.
o All leads in the system could be forfeited / lost in this case.

• Quality Control
o Our QC team shall be monitoring you calls and the Sales process
o The QC manager appointed to you will regularly guide you to achieve your desired target
o Regular Training and updated will be provided by the QC manager
o Any false information given to the customer shall not be accepted, and may result in strict action.

• Customer ownership
o Once the inquiry is assigned to you the ownership of that customer will be with you itself, and you shall be entitled to the commission when ever the customer books in any or our projects.
o In case of any dispute or clash with any other franchisee the, our decision will be final and abiding to all.
